Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the optimization of system stability, availability, and performance.
- Work on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of security gateways, network infrastructure, and data storage systems.
- Learn to automate tasks and script repetitive processes, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, taking corrective actions and escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining system security by understanding and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends, best practices, and share your learning within the team.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and policies under the guidance of senior team members.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT-related roles, including internships or relevant coursework.
- Basic understanding of Linux, Hypervisor, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash or Python) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on effective collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
