JTI is looking for EHS Associate 2024 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Hazard identification and EHS Risk Management:

Monitor hazards and reduce or eliminate the associated risks on continuous basis. This includes leading in investigations of all serious EHS incidents, identify and ensure implementation of mitigation measures to avoid repetition.

• EHS Compliance and Awareness:

Monitor the compliance of EHS controls, standards and initiatives and provide information to employees about risks and hazards on continuous basis to drive awareness and safety mindset.

• Managing EHS Budgets:

Monitor the budget utilisation for the site, maintain reports and provide information of EHS KPIs.

• Training and tool box meetings:

– Analyze and review EHS training needs coordinating with functional supervisors

– Develop training module and conduct training as per training needs

– Arrange and organize EHS enagagements (. toolbox meeting, EHS walkdown, campaigns, workshop etc.).

• Reporting:

– EHS KPI reporting.

– Monthly EHS performance reporting for Leaf Supply, Manikganj WH facility and Agronomy Operation

– Trend analysis of observations and coordinate with respective functions to closeout action items.

– Reporting on rider safety performance.

• Rider Safety:

– Rider safety improvement plan and undertake rider safety improvement projects.

– Implement global and local rider safety policy and procedure.

– Organize rider safety training.

• Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability:

– Identify significant environmental aspects and carry out environmental risk assessment. Prepare CAPA plan aligning with functional managers to execute the plan.

– Support in SCDD implementation.

– Monitor environmental KPI and analyze gaps to coordinate with relevant functions.
