Optimizely is hiring Accounting Associate 2024 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for posting all banking payment and receipt entries across designated entities
- Completing / Assisting with details for bank reconciliations on a monthly basis with AP/AR/Regional controller and team
- Downloading banking transaction data and match it with Netsuite
- Matching cash receipts against customers in Netsuite
- Perform Bank reconciliations.
- Accurate, complete and timely posting of all banking entries each month
- Processing payments as requested
- Managing petty cash in local office location in Dhaka
- Perform Intercompany transactions between different entities.
- Ensure pristine and impeccable reporting to the supervisor

Knowledge and Experience:
- 1-2 years
Education:
- Bachelors in Finance and Accounting
Competencies:
- Take ownership of the tasks
- Should be result driven and not hours driven.
- Clean-up/Legacy projects should be taken with dedication.
- Establishing Relationships with the stakeholders i.e. entities, FP&A, Receivables and etc
- Most follow Policies and Procedures strictly
- Must be a quick learner.
