Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with maintaining accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, including benefits administration and performance management.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy development, training programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for various HR initiatives.
- Assist with preparing daily attendance reports.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university in Human Resource Management. However, students in the last semester of their Bachelor’s/Master’s can apply as well as those who are left with an Internship.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong execution skills.
