Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the company, including sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and partners.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Ensure that the company’s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 12-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a Fintech, MFI or bank.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in SME portfolio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.
