Job Responsibilities:
• Explore the market & plan sales for SMEs with proper resources management.
• Achieve individual sales, acquisition, and retention target from existing and new Corporate Accounts by building and maintaining corporate relationships.
• Ensure regular client visit and correspondences to achieve Revenue Generating Base (RGB) targets.
• Devise a detailed plan to maximize revenue and achieve key performance indicators (KPI) targets.
• Drive the sale of non-voice services, Enterprise Solutions and Value-Added Services (VAS) to ensure revenue growth for Data services.
• Ensure high standard of customer service to all existing accounts & maintain a company set standard.
• Distributing task among the team members, monitoring, mentoring & evaluating performance.
• Acquiring new clients, finding new business opportunities, follow up & closing the business deal.
• Overseeing the B2B business performance & implementing new strategies for repeat business.
• Ensuring sustainable growth from business by maintaining strong working relationship with partners.
• Analyzing competitors’ activities & setting business plan accordingly to generate maximum sales.
• Maintains sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees & appraising job results, IOT & ICT Solution Sales.
