Syngenta is looking for Assistant Manager, Maintenance 2023 in Chittagong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow the Site HSE policy, site HSE protocols and Global HSE guidelines to ensure site HSE culture in place.
- Report any incident, near miss, hazard, unsafe acts & observation to the line supervisor.
- Leading team for engagement & motivation to create sustainable culture, enhancing Team Technical Capability
- Playing Key role in Contractor management as per Syngenta Standard
- Conducting Preventive & Condition based maintenance.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting Machine breakdown, Root cause Analysis & Learning Sharing
- Generate weekly machine performance data update.
- Tracking & ensuring on time spare parts availability of operational & utility machinery.
- Proper & at actual documentation of Preventive maintenance jobs
- Evaluate frequency of machine preventive maintenance & inform stakeholders accordingly to conduct maintenance.
- Tracking & closing of machine safety assessment & infrastructure safety assessment audit gaps.
- Monitoring & Maintenance of Utility Operation.
- Adherence to site MFC budget and accordingly planning yearly maintenance program.
- Coordination on Site Capex plans, playing significant role for Project execution.

Eligibilities
Job requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering Role in Beverage/Pharmaceutical/FMCG (MNC is preferred)
- Educational Qualifications : BSc in Mechanical engineering from any reputed university.
