Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Data Entry and Customer Service departments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a high level of operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, initiating corrective actions as necessary to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and process flow.
  • Act as a point of contact for key customers, addressing concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train and mentor staff to foster an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on data entry and customer service.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain SOPs, with a forward-thinking approach to operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and relevant software applications.
