Sheba is looking for Officer/Senior Officer for Renovation/Architect 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and surveys of buildings and projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of the work required.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to negotiate project fees and establish budgets based on customer expectations.
- Work closely with service professionals and service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Create rough sketches and design models, including a collection of images, colors, and materials to visualize project concepts.
- Choose the most appropriate materials that align with the design and budget constraints.
- Advise clients on project progress and provide samples of paints and fabrics for their selection.
- Oversee and supervise project work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Design and curate portfolios based on business needs to showcase our services and products effectively.
- Guide and train field supervisors and salespeople, imparting product knowledge and portfolio pitch techniques.
- Create and customize service and product-based portfolios to build customer trust during sales pitches and business conversions.
