Job Responsibilities:
Assisting Sales:
- Defining Project Scope in liaison with the Clients’ POC & Commercial team
- Preparing Technical Proposals in coordination with the Commercial & Engineering Team
Managing Project:
- Engagement in Project Initiation phrase:
- Preparing a detailed project plan with key project milestones & activities
- Ensuring all the project works are within the scope
- Engagement in the Development phase:
- Keeping track of software project progress, and ensuring all milestones & deadlines are met with quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
- Sprint planning, prioritizing, and delivering client requirements and handling production releases
- Actively communicating with stakeholders & providing regular reports on project status
- Developing and implementing project management discipline, practice, and standards
- Ensuring all the logistic support for the project
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Identify product improvement opportunities,
- Receive new feature requests & converting them to Change Requests

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Experience
- Overall 1-3 years of experience in the Software Service Industry or Startups/FinTech and/or large-scale projects with 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
Education
- BSc in CSE or equivalent is preferred, but not an absolute requirement
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Conversational in Japanese is a Plus
