Job Responsibilities:
- Processing and giving solutions to customer’s queries
- Join in daily client calls for updates, Q&A, and training.
- Use different CRM software to update customer information.
- Ability to multitask between different platforms.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Academic Background:
- Graduates preferred (from any discipline).
- Good track record in Higher Secondary/ Advanced level education
Core competencies:
- Positive attitude towards feedback and ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Resourcefulness and ability to multitask.
Technical competencies:
- Proficiency in using Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
- Ability to research on the internet to find relevant information.
