Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and editing transcripts of audio recordings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readability.
- Checking for and correcting errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Ensuring that transcripts are formatted properly and adhere to company guidelines.
- Identifying areas of transcripts that require further clarification or research and communicating these to the relevant parties
- Transcribing and editing a range of content, including interviews, lectures, and webinars.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure that transcripts are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Providing feedback and training to other team members as needed.
- QA transcripts and edit video using a checklist, and Sync video to transcripts as required by the client

- Graduate from any University.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be computer savvy and know Office365 very well.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills in English (US accent will be beneficial)
