Intern’s Responsibilities:
Context and purpose of the job
- The primary purpose of the Documentation and Partnership Support Intern position is to streamline and enhance the efficiency of our partnership and compliance processes.
- This entails meticulous documentation of applications and supportive paperwork from retailers and companies while ensuring their accuracy through collaborative verification efforts with our field team and Project Field Officer.
- Furthermore, the intern will play an instrumental role in assisting the SNV procurement team, ensuring the smooth finalisation of partnerships and seamless onboarding of partners.
- A significant aspect of this role is supporting and executing RBF claim cycles within the Independent Verification Agent (IVA) process.
- Through these responsibilities, the intern is expected to achieve efficient partnerships with numerous retailers, ensure diligent execution of RBF and IVA processes in line with SNV compliance standards, and hone their skills and knowledge, positioning them as potential assets for future roles within the organisation.
Key Result areas
Documentation of applications and supporting papers from retailers and companies
- Manage the documentation of applications and supporting papers from local retailers and companies.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documents with set standards.
Verification Collaboration
- Collaborate with project team to verify submitted documents.
- Cross-check and validate the authenticity and correctness of information.
Partnership & Procurement Assistance:
- Aid the SNV procurement team in finalizing partnerships and onboarding new partners.
- Assist in executing one to two RBF claim cycles within the IVA process.
- Based in project needs additional task can assigned after balancing the assigned task
Reporting and Process improvement
- Weekly, biweekly and monthly report on partnership and develop lesson learning document with Project Officer-Energy and Project Manager

Duty station : Dhaka
Contract Duration : The duration of this internship is for 3 months with a possibility of extension depending on the performance of the candidate and the need of the organisation.
Expected Joining Date : as soon as possible.
Working Hours : Full time (minimum of 40 hours per week)
Monthly Salary : The total remuneration will range between BDT 25,000 and BDT 32,000/= per month, depending on the selected candidate’s skills and competencies.

Intern’s Requirement’s:
The candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university, preferably in business, economics, or environmental science.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with good presentation skills
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preference for female candidates.
