Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- BSc or higher in Telecommunications/Electrical & Electronic/ Electrical & Communication/ computer Engineering or equivalent
- 8 -10 years of experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization of which at least 2 years in Leadership role.
- Designing & Solution Experience on Radio Network Planning and Optimization for 2G, 3G and 4G
- Expertise on KPI Management & Network Optimization
- Experience on project management and service delivery
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skill Problem solving and decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication, stress management and analytical ability
- Strategic mindset, goal oriented and customer focused.
- Ability to trouble shoot.
- Positive team- approach and business oriented.
