Job Responsibilities:
Agile Practices:
- Your primary focus as an Agile Coach will be to ensure the proper maintenance of Agile/Scrum practices within the team
- Assist the team in developing their development schedule while considering factors such as risk, task dependencies, priorities, and major milestones, while implementing Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban practices.
- Organize and facilitate day-to-day sprint rituals, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and other Agile-related meetings as necessary
- Utilize agile project tracking tools to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs
- Ensure that the development team adheres to core agile principles such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
Engineering Operations:
- Manage and organize daily operations to ensure timely delivery and functional efficiency
- Coordinate teams to meet the goals of the Product, Engineering, Customer Success department, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that operational processes and practices are well-defined, documented, and consistently applied

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Agile:
- Experience serving as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Scrum Leader
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and expertise in implementing Agile Methodologies
- Possession of a Scrum Alliance certification would be an added advantage
Technical:
- A candidate with a foundational technical background
- Demonstrated passion for learning and adopting new technical skills
- Preferably, experience with tools like JIRA and Git
General:
- Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Driven by a commitment to process improvement
- Proven track record of incident coordination and mitigation to remove blockers
- Motivated to initiate and innovate new approaches and ideas to drive improvements
Soft Skills:
- Capability to serve as a servant leader
- Demonstrates composure in stressful situations
- Possesses resilience as a core attribute
- Exhibits a high level of tolerance and patience when facing challenging circumstances
