Optimizely is looking for Associate Data Analyst 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Helping internal users merge records through the established processes after manually performing necessary checks and verifications.
- Assigning the correct Salesforce record to the correct users based on both one-off support requests and bulk requests on Microsoft Excel.
- Researching and updating key data points on accounts and leads off Excel-based data sets using various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and the company websites.
- Actively aiding the deduplication efforts in order to keep the database clean and functional by manually verifying each record both on internal Salesforce CRM and external platforms.
- Providing quality assurance on existing data sets to ensure data integrity.
- Developing and updating reports regularly to keep track of important data points.
- Providing ad-hoc support to business users.
- Documenting processes and changes and communicating with necessary personnel.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to follow up with stakeholders to expedite dependencies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel’s advanced capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn business operations and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet due dates and multitask.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 6 to 12 months of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred but not strictly necessary.
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
