Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in the project, providing clear direction, guidance, and support. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources, both human and technical, to tasks and activities according to project requirements. Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and support to meet project deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization. Ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints and seek cost optimization opportunities.
- Technical Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of technical aspects relevant to the project. Engage with technical teams to discuss and evaluate project requirements and solutions.
- Project Execution: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Track progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with project stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members. Provide status updates, project reports, and conduct project review meetings.
- Change Management: Manage project changes, assess impacts, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Implement change management strategies to minimize disruption.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements, specifications, and post-project reports.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. Additional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are beneficial.
- Proven experience of 6 to 8 Years as a Technical Project Manager, leading and successfully delivering technology projects.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to comprehend technical concepts and challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and address project-related issues and risks.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for task tracking and project reporting.
