Lalamove is looking for Associate, Driver Operations 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Driver acquisition & training: Constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining drivers on the platform.
- Driver and Community management: Actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, incentify and rule the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers to maximize driver retention
- Understanding driver operations standards: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Occupancy and productivity measurements of Field Forces.
- Constant field visit to explore more onboarding opportunities.
- Managing and Leading the field forces of the Driver Acquisition team.
- Monitor the conversion funnel and act on improvement scopes.
- Perform data analysis and report to the concerned team.
- Communicate with other internal departments to ensure proper alignment.

Job Requirements:

- What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or college experience preferred.
- Previous experience in driver/community management and field team (2 Years is preferrable)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Proficient in handling and analyzing data
