Bondstein Technologies looking for a Business Development Specialist | IoT Solutions 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels as well.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and to pitch the product on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Set up meetings with the prospective clients both in person or virtually.
- Focus towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets.
- Work with marketing/creative team/tech team to develop sales pitch materials.
- Follow up on ongoing sales projects and remove “bottlenecks”.
- Manage vendors/third-party outsourced solution providers.
- Collect and analyze sales information and prepare data and sales reports, review monthly sales performance regularly and report to the Head of Sales
- Invoicing and Revenue Collection
- Prepare and revise quotes, sales proposals and contracts, and present to and negotiate with the clients–both in person and virtually.
- Maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain business from them and decrease churn rate
- Review feedback from clients and implement necessary changes with the help of internal teams (product and tech teams)

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 year of experience in IoT solutions sales is preferred.
- Freshers with a demonstrated knowledge of or project experience in IoT will be strongly encouraged to apply.
Other Requirements:
- A genuine passion for sales and business development.
- You can use PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools to create slides.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Has quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast
