Foodpanda is looking for Lead for Field sales Team 2023 in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to achieve the supply acquisition targets set by the Head of Sales & Home Chefs.
  • Identify potential restaurant partners in cities and towns outside Dhaka and devise strategies to approach and onboard them.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Bangladesh market, including regional preferences, trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Utilize first principle thinking to devise innovative and effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and overcome challenges.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast future supply acquisition numbers accurately.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of restaurant partners.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and implement new sales techniques to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to achieve their individual and team goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights to the management.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree from a reputed Local or Foreign university, showcasing a strong academic foundation and intellectual capabilities.
  • Proven experience of 6-8 years in similar sales roles in the Bangladesh market.
  • A strong understanding of the Bangladesh market dynamics, particularly in areas outside Dhaka.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically through first principle thinking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with potential restaurant partners.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
