Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with and motivate employees to maintain a positive relationship
- Inspect and take ownership of operational floors
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and works as a cross-functional team member
- Manage a specific team of medical documentation specialists (up to 100)
- Continuous follow-up on team member’s performance and address any discrepancy at the earliest
- Be a leader and mentor to the Medical Documentation Specialists (including performance reviews, orientation, guidance, quality concerns, etc.) to perform at their best potential
- Provide guidance to team members with any concerns/challenges related to their professional lives
- Collaborate with the BD Production team to address any work-related issues of team members
- Foster an environment that ensures zero tolerance toward harassment of any kind
- Improve the efficiency of existing organizational processes.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role with 03-04 years of work experience
- Graduation (Bachelor’s) from a recognized, reputed & accredited university
- Good knowledge of people management & Emotional Intelligence along with leadership
- Any other Professional certifications (globally recognized) will be considered
Soft Skill Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the team, while being flexible to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Ability to make sound decisions with effective time management skills and capable to organize and prioritize workloadsto prioritize tasks.
- Being able to foster a team culture, encourage collaboration, and strong skills in resolving conflicts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relations with the employees and awareness of one’s emotions and the ability to understand to promote empathy.
- Competent to work with data collection, analysis, interpret and evaluate complex data from various sources.
