Bureau Veritas is hiring Project Coordinator – CTD & GTS 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Development&comma Marketing and Sales – Developing new clients&comma new businesses in line with objectives of the Business Unit. Preparation and submission of quotations&comma contracts and contract review.
- Leading the team of Surveyors – allocation of surveyor for various assignments&comma supervision and monitoring of performance and utilization.
- Identifying and planning of training needs&comma resources requirements&comma etc. Recommend recruitment needs of personnel (both regular employees and subcontract basis) to Business Line Manager. On approval&comma identify prospective candidates&comma shortlist and recommend to Business Line Manager/Chief Executive for the recruitment.
- Contract execution – Ensure proper execution of all the contracts in terms of performance&comma reports (including verify/review of inspection reports by other surveyors)&comma invoicing&comma collection of payment&comma customer feedback&comma etc. both contract entered by the area and by BV’s other contracting centres.
- Interact/report to business line manager directly on major contracts/projects&comma contract requiring services of other centres&comma customer complaints&comma etc. Respond to business line manager on reports/reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the needs of other centres including deputation of surveyors to the projects/other centres as may be required for the business by Business Line Manager.
- Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements.
- To ensure compliance and respect of all BV policies and procedures including implementation of all technical and procedural matters as per BV quality system
