Banglalink is hiring Commercial Strategy Manager 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing commercial strategy in coordination with all commercial departments.
- Assist to prepare departmental commercial strategy for the short term and long term
- Coordinate with relevant commercial teams on strategy and incorporate them in the consolidated deck after proper verification.
- Assist to prepare quarterly Board documents for commercial and prepare presentation.
- Collect and analyze performance KPIs in collaboration with planning and BI team.
- Formulate detailed business performance for all relevant commercial KPIs on periodic basis in line with budget and company strategy.
- Prepare business cases and dynamic models on various strategic initiatives to facilitate business decision making.
- Act as main point of contact for Commercial Projects/initiatives
- Evaluate ongoing trade/brand/media campaigns to identify the opportunity to increase efficiency.
- Take the lead to breakdown and communicate management directives to relevant function to align all stakeholders

Eligibilities
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Telecom industry and impact of macro-economic changes
- Knowledge of financial modelling, benchmarking, trends, forecasting and other analytical skill
- Knowledge of Business strategy and project/ campaign management
- Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Academic Qualification:
- BBA (Major in Finance/Marketing) or BSc/BSS in Economics, MBA/MSS/MSc will be an advantage
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
