Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure system excellence through high adherence to designed processes + proper system utilization through system reports or process audits in collaboration with the process excellence function.
- To implement + support the usage of the entire system landscape through efficient + optimal system configurations achieving operational excellence.
- To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together with stakeholders. To monitor internal support queues ensuring timely responses to all requests.
- To identify re-occurring issues, provide systematic solutions or training needs + coordinate with respective trainers. To coordinate system testing with operations + document results as per regional standards.
- To cooperate with stakeholders for applications development such as requirement gathering, software solution design, testing + supporting.
- To share knowledge to local Systems + Process teams on relevant topics.
- To find solutions + seek opportunities for the organization that will further our operational + strategic goals.
