Job Responsibilities:
- Graphics Design:
- Generate ideas to portray design concepts for products and services and represent them visually
- Create high-quality visual designs, including illustrations, logos, icons, and marketing materials.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on project requirements.
- Ensure designs are visually engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience.
- Attend meetings with clients and other parties from time to time.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- UI/UX Design:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and project goals.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Converting requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and UI elements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts.
- This position involves hands-on production work- translating concepts or stories into interactive designs and prototypes.
- Carry out multiple projects concurrently and ability to work in a team.

Eligibilities
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in graphics and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, modern UI trends, and design aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices, including user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
