Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers and driving our business strategies with the trade stint in our Marketing function, which will be for about a year. After a successful completion of your attachment, will be associated with other functional attachments to develop yourself as a well-rounded business leader.
- Strategic stretch project where through collaboration with the team, you will deliver results for their relevant sub-function
- Beyond the core role, attachments to multiple sub-functions are assigned, which includes even more strategic deliverables encompassing a broader stream of the business.
- Build a network with GGs from different parts of the work through taking part in BAT Grad Academy
- Build an impact on our international business participating in global cross-market projects, under the supervision of a dedicated Coach & Mentor.
