Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on scalability, supportability, and maintainability when writing code
- Conduct code reviews, take the lead, and troubleshoot complicated problems
- Build new features at scale in collaboration with the product and technical teams to progress the product goal
- Promote positive behaviors within the team, such as test-driven development, development approaches, security, and agile processes
- Have a strong feeling of ownership and enjoy taking on projects from conception to production scaling
- Participate in all stages of the software development process, including requirement gathering, design, coding, and implementation

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
- Prolific experience working with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework
- In-depth experience with Flutter for Mobile and Web applications
- Demonstrable experience building scalable APIs and RESTful architectures
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, etc.
- Solid experience working in test-driven development teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced workplace, to keep learning, and to become an expert in your field
- Possess an extensive range of technical talents, are highly cross-functionally skilled, and be motivated to address a variety of engineering difficulties
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
