BRAC is looking for Assistant General Manager, Training and Development 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- you will be responsible for unleashing the potentials of Learning and Development (LD) teams to deal with future organizational needs.
- You will provide necessary direction, guide, and support to all clusters of LD units to properly assess the learning needs and ensure innovative and standardized training curricula, materials, tools, methods for quality training programmes for BRAC and other organizations.
- Moreover, you will work as a resource person and facilitate advance training sessions when needed.
- You will develop team cohesiveness and strengthen integration within the Development and Delivery teams, and provide supportive supervision, coaching and mentoring to LD team members for their professional development.

Eligibilities
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Organizational Development,
- related fields and at least 8-10 years of experience in Learning and Development field, preferably in an NGO or development organization(s).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and familiarity with current learning and development trends and best practices are critical requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills are essential.
