10 Minute School is hiring a Outbound Channel Manager (Assistant/Deputy Manager) 2023 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead different teams( Station, Virtual, 3p, SMS) of outbound sales representatives and operations workforce to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage third party partners and develop strategies and fulfil their need
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability
  • Mentor sales representatives to improve performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage a large volume of leads from different sources and cohorts and utilize them correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular QA review and implement new modules as per campaign.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments (Bangladesh Education Sector).
  • Formulate lead generation strategies and ideas.
  • Develop policies to improve the overall operational flow and efficiency of the sales representatives.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the operations to generate revenue at optimum efficiency.
  • Manage vendors for solutions, software & tools support. Find and adapt to new technologies and implement efficient tools as required by the team

Eligibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Outbound Tele sales Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership & people management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, basic BI tools operating ability
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
