BAT is hiring a Commercial Finance Manager – Marketing 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving plans for Governance Framework for the various marketing projects
- Guiding project team on different Business Models for both financial and operational perspectives for current operations as well as the new directions
- Developing & regularizing financial practices and SOP for operations including Cashflow tracking & forecasting, entity and unit wise budget management, rolling revenue & cost forecasting etc.
- Consolidated Financial Reporting for the marketing projects
- Engagement with external consultants and stakeholders
- Producing monthly Performance Dashboards and Management reports for all the projects
- Periodic & ad-hoc reporting of project activities & insight generation
- Driving simplification & automation initiatives for faster and more agile operations
- Ensure project teams are held accountable for automated financial modules to provide desired output
- Measuring Campaign financials & performing efficiency & effectiveness reviews

Eligibilities
- The job holder must have experience at a managerial level in Finance with in-depth experience in managing Product P&L.
- The person should have strong analytical skills, sound understanding and working experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Fund management, P&L Management, Tax & VAT structures, and basic understanding of pricing structure.
- He/she must have analytical skills and independent decision-making ability.
- The position also requires managing interests of multiple stakeholders, conflict negotiation and influencing skills.
- Also need to possess the quality of building effective networking with both internal & external stakeholders.
