Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, including managing office facilities, coordinating office services and supplies, and overseeing staff
- He/she will be responsible for the admin department of the organization, and will be part of leadership team of the organization
- Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organization
- Managing procurement and supply chain processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and organizational policies related to employment, health and safety, and other areas
- Managing the administrative budget and monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Managing logistics and transportation, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Overseeing the employment, health and safety of business partners & their resources
- Hiring, training, and supervising administrative staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration/HR/ Management from any reputable university.
- Candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in relevant sector
- Candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- Candidate should have expertise on Microsoft Office Package
- Strong organizational and time management skills
