Robi looking for Specialist, Platform Management, Digital Service, IoT, VAS 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle management of traditional and digital VAS ecosystems and Mobile financial platforms meeting the targeted KPIs
- Assist & guide with regular and emergency troubleshooting and proactively identify and resolve problems
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and Network Trouble Tickets of related platforms
- Ensure system uptime, maximum system capacity utilization, proactive identification and rectification of revenue leakage issues
- Perform administration and maintenance tasks for Linux/Windows servers as well as Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis databases
- Have periodic meetings with vendors to resolve ongoing issues & manage SLAs
- Review, prepare and complete action plans for service quality and customer-service standards
- Support as a team player in IT & cross-functional team project rollout activities
- Support and accelerate regular/Ad hoc requirements on any product or campaign to meet business urgency
- Possess a moderate understanding of recent cyber security threats and potential mitigations. Check and implement security policy in live systems with the assistance of the Network Security and Audit team
- Basic knowledge of API would be a plus

Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering/ Telecommunication/Information Technology/EEE;
Skills Requirement:
- Must have Good GSM knowledge
- Must have knowledge on Core network, VAS, Digital Services.
- Good Hands on Knowledge on Unix/Suse Linux, Oracle/MSSQL/MYSQL/ Mongo Database,
- Middleware API Management & Object-oriented development & design knowledge
- Hands on experience on server and database administration and maintenanc
- Knowledge in open source web service API (parlay, Restful/JSON,SOAP) & integration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Must have Self-Motivation & Proactive analytical attitude
- Moderate leadership capabilit
