Job Responsibilities:
1) Business Development and Fundraising
- conduct market research and scope out expansion opportunities in the education and entrepreneurship sectors
- identify prospective donors and partners, and monitor calls for applications and grant opportunities
- reach out to prospective donors and partners and autonomously manage your dealflow
- create compelling project proposals, budgets and grant applications

- nurture relationships with partners and the ecosystem at large.
- manage relationships with existing donors and partners, by anticipating and answering their requests, and sharing information on programs and impact
- actively communicate on partnerships, including through social media promotion and events

Eligibilities
- speaks and writes English at a native level (command of one or several regional languages is great).
- has a deep knowledge of the APAC region and its ecosystems of nonprofits, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs.
- has a keen interest in the future of education and entrepreneurship.
- understands how nonprofits fundraise and interact with donors.
- is comfortable working remotely as part of a global team.
- has strong communications and interpersonal skills, in a multicultural environment: you will need to interact and build partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders, from policy makers to corporate leaders.
