Lalamove is looking for Supervisor, Field Team (Supply), 2023 in Dhaka
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Field team & Partner (vehicle owner & driver) management.
- Evaluate partners needs and build productive long-lasting relationships with the partners.
- Regular market visit and market opportunity assessment.
- Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for any field related issues.
- Maintaining effective communication with the entire team to ensure proper flow of accurate data.
- Identifying new markets to develop relationship with new partners in addition to ensuring healthy relationship with existing partners.
- Presenting the features of Lalamove application to the partners.
- Achieving monthly vehicles registration, sticker installation & retention target.
- Evaluating competitor`s activities and product performance.
Lalamove is an Asia-based technology company that provides delivery services by connecting users with delivery drivers on its mobile and web apps. The company operates in cities across Asia and Latin America connecting over 7 million users with more than 700,000 delivery drivers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1.5 – 2.5 years in field operations
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Bangla
- Driver License and Own Vehicle (e.g., motorcycle)
