Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategies for each position
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
- Organize and facilitate interview debriefsIdentify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience and continuously improve our talent acquisition process
- Create and own an amazing candidate and new hire experience
- Support Culture building activities (company events, speaker series, volunteering, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team on different people projects and initiatives

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Management, Business Administration, or related field required
- 0-2 years of experience high volume recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordinator experience
- Great attitude with the ability to connect with all types of people easily
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Team player: willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the People Team agenda with a willingness to continuously learn
- Detail-oriented and process driven
- Experience working in a startup or growth stage environment preferred
- Drive and initiative to make things happen
- Flexibility and adaptability
