Robi is looking for Specialist, Airtel CLM, 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic o Translate CLM business strategy into coherent ARPU programs, user growth campaigns, and channel activities. o Prioritize activities and resolve conflicts based on commercial, strategic, and customer impact segment marketing and channels.
- Execute CLM activity to align ATL (above-the-line) communications where appropriate.
- Deep dive into the data set from different dimensions and angles of all customers for micro-segmentation.
- Leadership/ People management o Energize, excite, and motivate people to ensure ownership and departmental delivery.
- Coach the functional team members to ensure that effective leadership practices are championed across the functional unit.
- Aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources to analyze customer usage behavior and provide the most relevant offers.
- Based on input from stakeholders’ analyses and forecast the financial impact of the campaigns with various scenarios; and identify the best possible solution.
- Take necessary initiatives to identify the accurate moment/activity to shoot SMS to a subscriber.
- Based on historical data and analysis results suggest a more accurate context for a customer to trigger an offer.
- Segregate the full subscriber base and find appropriate offers, especially data offers for each cluster o Provide insights on high-level impacts of a campaign/activity immediately after the launch.
- Convert the insights into meaningful and actionable segments.
- Investigating social structures through the use of network analysis.
- Follow-up regular micro-campaigns and incorporate findings with future segmentation.
- Energize, excite and motivate people to ensure ownership and departmental delivery.
- Departmental o Assist in defining and planning the strategic roadmap for Airtel’s Data Product portfolio in line with the stated long-term business goal.
- Manage and follow up the entire product lifecycle from meaningful consumer insights to translating them into profitable ideas.
- Drive pack penetration, especially through USSD & Data RGB.
- Assist, manage, and execute follow-up business-critical projects and initiatives throughout all levels of business with a future focus to align with the vision of growing sustainably – through building partnerships.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of performance in the same or similar field
- Interpretation of customer insight and business analytics
- Technical know-how (Tableau, Business Analytics) and CLM Platforms (ICMS) background preferred
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Very strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor/BBA/MBA Or, B.Sc/ M.sc from a reputed University
Experience Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field
