Optimizly is looking for Intern, Finance 2023 in Dhaka
Internship Responsibilities:
- Responsible for posting all banking payment and receipt entries across designated entities
- Completing / Assisting with details for bank reconciliations on a monthly basis with AP/AR/Regional controller and team
- Downloading banking transaction data and entry into Netsuite
- Matching cash receipts against customers in Netsuite
- Perform Bank reconciliations.Accurate, complete and timely posting of all banking entries each month
- Processing payments as requested
- Managing petty cash in local office location in Dhaka
- Accurate, complete and timely posting of all banking entries each month
- Support the Entity Financial Controllers for Entity based queries, and preparation of financial analysis
- Support the Entity Financial Controllers for Entity audit and audit queries
- Develop process efficiencies aligned to Group Policy
- Assist the department in achieving company wide objectives through participation in various projects.
