Job Responsibilities:

• Lead user experience discovery and design for one or more products.
• Lead user experience and design efforts to meet or exceed identified OKR’s.
• Advocate for an integrated, consistent design across the end-to-end product experience
• Promote a user-centered approach that drives business growth by influencing and educating across the organization about Design best practices.
• Design end-to-end experiences that involve multiple connected features, use cases, and form factors.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create best-in-class software experiences.
• Engage in problem-framing exercises to help frame problem statements.
• Lead end-to-end solution exploration exercises to conduct storytelling on existing problems and the solutions to solve the identified problems.
• When applicable, design using mobile-first methodologies that involve simultaneous interactions between multiple user types and devices
• Deliver high-quality designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
• Work as a team or individually to produce rapid prototypes.
• Promote user-centered decision-making based on cohesive design principles and patterns.
• Employ a range of human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions.
• Collaborate and develop documentation to guide engineering, marketing, customer support, and content creation.
• Utilize a toolbox of UX & UI methodologies to deliver well-thought-out artifacts.
• Lead and participate in collaborative discovery and design efforts.
• Provide user and usability insight to product efforts. Travel to client sites may be needed up to 10% of the time.

The Sr Product Designer will lead and design user experience solutions to support one or more product teams. In a zero-to-one environment, the role will require creating solutions rapidly for new and unexplored opportunities. A successful candidate will be obsessed with owning the problem, understanding the problem, exploring solutions with stakeholders and users, validating solutions, and showing up strong in our end-to-end product design process. You’ll be an influencer leading and partnering with others on product initiatives and championing the creation of winning solutions.
