Job Responsibilities:
- Create world-class design materials
- Lead design of publications, social media content, infographics, websites, publications, e-learning courses, and online campaigns
- Represent Big Blue’s design services to highest standards of design excellence and professionalism
- Manage design projects, including customer service
- Quality assure designs
- Bring leading-edge design practices and trends

- 2-year contract to start (including 3-month review period)
- 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days remote work per week (4 days per week in office for first 6 months)
- To start as soon as possible
- Sunday-Thursday work schedule
- Monthly travel allowance
- 2 Eid bonuses each of 50% monthly salary paid after 6 months
Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- World-class design taste
- Very strong English writing skills
- Large design portfolio that may include publications, branding projects, websites, apps, and infographics
- Ability to independently design full English-language publications and reports
- Full knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- 2-4 years design experience with digital, creative, marketing, or tech teams
- Undergraduate university degree in design, communications, engineering, or technology
- Absolute commitment to top-quality customer service experiences
- Incredible drive and productivity
- Major bonus: Background in tech and/ or engineering
- References from previous employers
