Optimizely is looking for Data Analyst (Sales Operations), 2022 in Dhaka
Introduction
As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the Analytics team, propelling your career in the increasingly growing world of data. You’ll be working with some of the hottest players in the industry with a wealth of data at your fingertips. The Data Analyst will be collaborating across departments to measure and report the performance of Optimizely’s product suite across the entire client base, whilst generating insight that will enable the business to optimize performance. The Data Insight Analyst will be collaborating across departments to measure and report the performance of Episerver’s product suite across the entire client base, whilst generating insight that will enable the business to optimize performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Using data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Creating, building, and maintaining reporting suite.
- Using your creative spark to identify opportunities so clients can see the value we add.
- Improving internal data reporting.
Working Hours
- Sunday – Thursday10 am – 6 pm

Eligibilities
Job Requirements
- Advanced Excel.
- Advanced SQL.
- Experience in working with Salesforce CRM data
- Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Collation, manipulation & analysis of data.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Highly numerate.
- Ability to explain technical aspects of the service with a non-technical audience.
- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Good team player but the ability to work independently when required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Statistics/MIS/Data Science

All our external and cross-location communication is done in US English (en-us), but internally you can speak in whichever native language you most identify with.
