Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business leads
- Evaluate customer potential and set up corporate accounts
- Manage existing and new potential accounts
- Reactivate old users and manage retention program
- Assist customers in troubleshooting app/order problems
- Analyze and research customer profiles and order behavior
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs

Location:

- Basic: 18,000 BDT/Month
- Transport and Meal Allowance: 6500 BDT/Month
- Mobile Allowance: 500 BDT/Month
- KPI: 8000 BDT/Month (upon successful achievement of target)

Eligibilities
- University degree holder in business or related disciplines
- At least 1 – 2 years in sales, marketing and business development
- Strong knowledge in SME sector
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Bangla
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity of using existing social media platforms
