Job  Responsibilities;

  • Develop, manage & lead area specific legal team
  • Continuously solve problems and motivate team members
  • Supervise the legal advisors/executives
  • Review all property documentations, according to government guidelines and provide expert legal opinion
  • Update and maintain compliance on managing internal documentation relating real-estate documents
  • Participate and solve complex negotiation and legal disputes between buyer and sellers
  • Continuously update management on legislative and regulatory changes
  • Manage networking with related authorities
  • Follow business process and provide clarity to the management
  • Provide expert opinion on any additional client queries relating property, ownership or assets for both buyer and seller and provide quick resolution
