Job Responsibilities;
- Develop, manage & lead area specific legal team
- Continuously solve problems and motivate team members
- Supervise the legal advisors/executives
- Review all property documentations, according to government guidelines and provide expert legal opinion
- Update and maintain compliance on managing internal documentation relating real-estate documents
- Participate and solve complex negotiation and legal disputes between buyer and sellers
- Continuously update management on legislative and regulatory changes
- Manage networking with related authorities
- Follow business process and provide clarity to the management
- Provide expert opinion on any additional client queries relating property, ownership or assets for both buyer and seller and provide quick resolution
