- Manage Digital Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, YouTube etc)
- Managing Queries/responses
- Sales entry, customer communication
- Post Sales Management
Key Activities
- Facebook/Instagram – Post creation, posting and replying comments and messages
- Video Content/ Facebook Live
- Updating pages, products, price, contacts, policies, etc.
- Take reviews of sales/product/satisfaction
- Reporting/ daily/weekly/monthly/yearly
