Job Responsibilities:
- Leads financial planning and modeling in Workday Adaptive Insights including agile model development, data organization, security, and data integrity and supports ongoing enhancements for the Finance team.
- Evaluates business processes and develop process improvements with a focus on optimizing the use of Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Works closely with Finance to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation and testing.
- Gathers analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
- Manages transformational projects end to end; ensures coverage of all facets of design, build, test, and deployment aligned to a successful end-user experience.
- Provides guidance to Finance team members, Workday managers, and employees on the use of financial systems.
- Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Advise Finance leadership on Workday Adaptive Insights modeling and reporting best practices and industry standards.
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and report development projects.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related area.
- 2-5 years experience with Cloud based SaaS EPM applications (Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle Cloud EPM, etc.).Strong hands-on experience building and supporting complex planning and consolidation models.
- Experience working with large sets of finance and/or sales data and familiarity with best practices for data cleanliness/integrity.
- Working SQL proficiency.
- Designing Reports and Dashboards for Financial Plan Models.
