Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Creating effective patient service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Developing patient satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implementing an effective patient loyalty program.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all patient service activities and discussions.
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
- Hiring and training new patient service agents/officers.
- Managing the approved budget of the patient service department.
- Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
- Handles any critical issues related to patient/guest feedback as and when required.
- Taking care of any of the miscellaneous issues as and when asked by the Management.
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity

Eligibilities
Education Background:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
Experience Requirement:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a health care center or hospital customer care.
Additional Requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
