Teach For Bangladesh is looking for a Human Resources Intern 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in assisting employees, Fellows, and senior management on day-to-day matters relating to HR and Administration
- Support in proper documentation management of staff and Fellows by maintaining and updating personnel files
- Support in day-to-day office management and other administrative activities
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Support organizational life cycle for employees and Fellows with relevant processes for hiring, onboarding, employee wellbeing, offboarding, and other HR systems
- Support in hiring by creating recruitment materials such as job descriptions, interview sheets, briefing documents and communicating with the applicants as per requirement
- Assisting in the planning and organizing of events
- Maintain confidentiality and a high degree of professionalism in internal and external communications

Eligibilities
- Deep understanding of and strong alignment to Teach For Bangladesh’s mission, vision, and core values
- Strong belief that every child can learn and achieve high results
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or foreign university is preferred. Undergraduate students from the final year/semester are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla is essential for this role.
- Candidates who have experience with voluntary work will be preferred.
