British Bangla Travel is looking for Account Supervisor 2022 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making customer invoices, bill entry, and keeping daily expense record
- Daily cash and banks update and analyze sales report
- Suppliers & vendors payment Issues, customer dues, and refund
- Monthly banks reconciliation and produce a monthly sales report
- Contact the customers and suppliers to solve any payment issues
- Monitor airlines and suppliers’ incentives, fixed assets, prepayments
- Payroll (salary calculation and payment and monitoring staff benefits with the help of the administration team, e.g. annual leave and indemnity)
- Responsible for BSP reconciliation and timely process with the existing team
- Monitoring BSP & IATA correspondence and producing reports, credit card reconciliation
- Monitoring general invoicing, credit limits of customers, refunds, delivery of invoices timely, maintaining AR report, petty cash custodian
