Lalamove is looking for Team Leader, Business Development 2022 in Dhaka
Responsibilities:
- Conducting weekly feedback sessions for all the team members.
- Preparing and communicating report on performance of the team members to line manager on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Existing market/cluster knowledge.
- Ability to inspire your team and collaborate with them to establish and achieve sales targets.
- Taking the sales figures, examining them to identify any flaws in the system, and then reporting these to manager. To further improve the efficiency of the sales force, assisting the manager of developing the sales process.
- Understanding the ideas of consultative selling in the context of selling a service and be able to impart the expertise to the team to achieve team input and output KPIs, .
- Positive thinking, quickly adapt to diverse circumstances & have a can-do attitude.
- Explore the new market segments which will add more value to business operations

Eligibilities
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience leading sizable field sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take accountability
- Must have excellent presentation and communications skills and be fluent in English
- Must have knowledge on city-based operation scenario
- Area sales experience will be considered as an added advantage
