We’re looking for an incredibly capable Business Analyst to join our very first venture studio in Bangladesh to bring tremendous impact.
Turtle venture studio aims to onboard a particular number of early-stage startups to establish the idea, gain product-market fit, network with potential investors, and eventually raise seed or pre-seed round funds. Venture Studio allows founders to avoid all the basic pitfalls most of the early-stage founders experience, allows founders to concentrate on their work, and helps founders to make the right decisions to get their predicted growth which leads to a higher rate of successful startups.

Responsibilities:
- Drive industry research and insights on leading companies and conduct research on key issues of trends and policies;
- Assist the business team to develop strategic actionable initiatives, go-to-market strategy and support defining the framework for our future growth and identify risks;
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable solutions and work towards consensus across the organization to make things happen;
- Provide objective, thorough and data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear and actionable suggestions to improve daily operations.
- Manage multiple projects and outputs for global stakeholders to support strategic goals.
- Plan and deliver new ventures, products, and services
- Business Development and IP Creation (outside of Venture work)
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership across a range of emerging business, technology, and design topics

Eligibilities
- 1-2 years of experience with strategy development, Analyst, business planning, Market Research, Report
- Writing, and startups, as well as quantitative and economic modeling (preferred)
- Experience in the consumer industry, consulting company is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree (postgraduate, MBA, or equivalent experience) preferred
- Some experience in a high-pressure start-up environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams and/or involvement with a top-tier consulting firm
- You are an expert in bringing concepts to life succinctly and appreciate aesthetics and good design
- You enjoy and respect the importance of being a part of a small tight-knit and diverse team but you equally thrive when working independently and having your own projects
- You manage well in times of growth, change, and ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and accountability combined with strong sense of teamwork
