JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Has responsibility for all customer service activities within assigned scope in SCM. Supervises, controls and supports all operational activities in theCSO, in order to assure that Sea Operations deliver optimal operations performance in accordance with business strategy and customer SLAs.
- Develops a professional and customer-focused team through role modelling, leadership and coaching
- Leading through business change with a customer centric mindset.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers by taking full ownership of customer experience.
- Ensuring operational excellence to deliver on customer driven KPIs.
- High engagement level ensuring an open and trustworthy communication in the team.
- Adopting a lean, continuous improvement mindset towards process improvements and system implementations.
- Provides support to global and local initiatives and projects.

Eligibilities
- Passionate about international logistics and supply chain, with strong understanding of key bottlenecks and how to alleviate operational challenges.
- Customer centric owner’s mindset, taking ownership of improving customer experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally, with customers and with vendors.
- Strong track record in business and people leadership. Having experience in managing team of 4+ people.
- Standardization & continuous improvement mindset, preferably in context of supply chain processes.
- Good communication skills & analytical skills.
